Business Management introduces the processes and activities involved in business. The course provides core content applicable to all aspects of business. Cornerstones of this course include an emphasis on learning through projects and content that is rigorous and relevant.

Course Objectives

To have basic understanding of the essential elements of management.
To grasp fundamental management functions including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling various types of businesses.
To improve communication skills (oral, written, non-verbal, and listening), problem solving, teamwork, decision making, conflict resolution, critical analysis and ethical reasoning.
