     NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
 
There are two parts to the application:
  1. Part 1: complete the online app using your Hartland email account.(link at the bottom of this page)
  2. Part 2: print and sign the acknowledgement form  (click the link )and turn it in with a photo to the Counseling office.  Applications that do not have an acknowledgement form submitted will be considered incomplete and will not be a part of the selection process!
You will not be able to edit responses after you have submitted the application.
  Please check your answers carefully and give yourself time to fill out the application thoughtfully.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW APPLICANTS:
**This year's application requires you to upload a link to a video 3 min MAX length that introduces you to the Link Crew Coordinators. Put your best foot forward , tell us how your presence will benefit the CREW and GO BIG!  We want to know why you are the Link Leader that we have always been looking for!  All videos must be uploaded to YouTube and then the video link will be submitted in this application.
